Paladin's Vault Fan Content & IP Policy

1. Unofficial Status

Paladin's Vault is an unofficial fan-made project. It is not approved, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically authorized by Wizards of the Coast LLC, Hasbro, Takara Tomy, Shogakukan, or other Duel Masters rights holders.

2. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Duel Masters, Kaijudo, related card names, illustrations, logos, symbols, layouts, and card treatments remain the property of their respective rights holders. Paladin's Vault does not claim ownership over those materials.

3. Good-Faith Fan Use Rules

The site is intended to support non-official fan use such as collection tracking, deck organization, and community discussion. Users must not use the platform to pretend content is official, to remove ownership notices from protected materials, or to upload material they do not have permission to share.

4. Printed Proxies and Exports

Printable layouts and export views are provided as user tools. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any printing, sharing, or public use of exported material is lawful and permitted. If a rights holder asks for limitations or removal of certain export functionality, Paladin's Vault may change or disable those features.

5. Takedown Requests

If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe content on Paladin's Vault infringes your rights, send a notice to legal@paladinsvault.com with the deck, profile, or page URL; a description of the material at issue; your contact details; and the basis for your request. Good-faith requests may lead to removal, restriction, or account action.

6. Repeat Infringement and Reservations of Rights

Paladin's Vault may suspend or remove content or accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual-property rules. The site operator also reserves the right to modify, restrict, or remove fan-content features at any time to address legal, policy, or rights-holder concerns.
