1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we may store your username, email address, password hash, avatar choice, biography, decklists, follows, likes, and notification history. We may also store technical data needed to operate the service, such as request logs, timestamps, and verification tokens.
2. How We Use Information
We use account and activity data to run the site, authenticate users, verify email addresses, save decks, show public profiles, provide likes and follows, send account-related emails, and protect the service from abuse.
3. Public Profile and Deck Data
If you publish a deck or maintain a public-facing profile, your username, profile image, public deck metadata, likes, and related social activity may be visible to other users. Private decks are not intended to appear in public browsing features.
4. Email and Notifications
Your email address is used for account registration, verification, password-related flows, and optional site notifications such as deck-like alerts. Your email address is not intended to be shown publicly to other users.
5. Data Sharing
Paladin's Vault does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by infrastructure or email delivery providers used to host the service and send transactional messages. Public deck and profile information may be visible to anyone who can access the site.
6. Data Retention
We keep account and deck information for as long as it is needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce site rules. Data may persist in backups for a limited time after deletion or update events.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect account data, including password hashing and token-based verification flows. However, no internet service can guarantee perfect security, and you use the site at your own risk.
8. Your Choices
You can choose what decks are public or private, update your visible profile information, and stop using the service at any time. If you need help changing or removing data, you should contact the site operator.
9. Contact
If you have a privacy question, want data removed, or need to report a problem, use the support or contact channel published by the site operator.
