1. About Paladin's Vault

Paladin's Vault is an unofficial fan-made Duel Masters deckbuilding, browsing, and printing utility. By using the site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, its users, or the rights of third parties.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs through your account. You must not impersonate another person or attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you.

3. Fan Content and Intellectual Property

Paladin's Vault is not an official Duel Masters service. Duel Masters, Kaijudo, card names, artwork, symbols, logos, and related materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of any third-party intellectual property to users.

You may not use the site to claim official affiliation with any rights holder, remove legal notices from protected material, or upload content you do not have permission to use. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, you should request its removal.

4. Decklists, Proxies, and Print Exports

Paladin's Vault may let users export decklists, printable layouts, or proxy-style sheets. You are solely responsible for how you use those exports. Tournament legality, personal printing, local store rules, and any other use restrictions are your responsibility to verify.

5. Public and Private Content

If you mark a deck as public, it may be visible to other users through explore pages, profile pages, likes, follows, or shared links. Private decks are intended to remain visible only to the owning account, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the site to abuse the service, scrape the platform in a harmful way, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, harass other users, or upload unlawful or infringing content. Accounts or content that violate these rules may be restricted or removed.

7. Availability and Changes

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, pause, or disappear without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all card data will always be complete or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paladin's Vault and its operators are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, exported data, missing data, account loss, printing issues, or third-party intellectual property disputes connected to user conduct.
